Successful candidates will possess experience and knowledge of mechanical or spare parts in the automotive industry. Software testing experience in a similar environment would also be highly regarded. Also essential is a demonstrated experience working with Windows PC’s, an eye for detail, an ability to work unsupervised and strong communication skills.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated team player to research, create and maintain technical data to a high level of accuracy for our technical publications and special projects. You will be assisting in the research and creation of lubricant recommendations for Infomedia’s Lubricant Recommendation Catalogue. It provides accurate and reliable oil specification recommendations for the oil industry and is used by the major oil companies throughout Australasia.
You will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret parts, intermediate PC and keyboard skills. You will also be able to demonstrate a high level of technical competency and have a diverse range of mechanical experience within the automotive industry. Experience obtained in an automotive field, heavy trucking industry or earth moving equipment environment will be highly regarded.
