The orientation webinar aims to give all users a general overview of the operation and benefits of Microcat V6 and how it will help improve their parts sales operations.
During the webinar, participants will learn to log in and perform everyday tasks such as parts interpretation and DMS transfer. Comparisons will be made between Microcat V6 and the Microcat DVD version.
The presenter, who is an experienced parts person, will also show and explain how the online Pricing Administration and Notes Administration tools work for you.
