Webinars are live learning sessions conducted over the Internet. Participants attend from the comfort of their office or home, using their PC. A webinar is collaborative and participants can see the presentations on their PC and can ask the presenter questions.

Orientation Webinar (30 – 45 minutes)

This seminar is intended to give service managers a general orientation to the operation and benefits of Superservice Menus. During the seminar participants will see and learn how to log in, identify vehicles, select operations and enter the Precision Quoting system.

The leader, who is an experienced service person, will show and explain how the system works, as well as provide an overview of how features like Upsell Recommendations and Life Time Service schedules sell for you.

There will be a general question and answer session, where you can resolve any questions you have about Superservice Menus. The goal of the seminar is to provide participants with a clear appreciation of how Superservice Menus operates and will help improve their service sales and operations.
