Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Managing Director

Jonathan Rubinsztein commenced his appointment as CEO & Managing Director on the Board of Infomedia in March 2016. Mr Rubinsztein has a proven track record of leading high performance teams in the technology sector.

Mr Rubinsztein was a founding partner, CEO and shareholder of UXC Red Rock Consulting. He also served as a founding Director of RockSolid SQL, a private technology company specialising in automated data management solutions. He has been involved in a number of Private Equity Investments in the global technology sector and is also on the Advisory board of the Missionvale charity based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

Mr Rubinsztein has been a guest lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School and a regular participant at TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design) conferences.  Mr Rubinsztein was awarded the IT Professional of the Year 2013 (AIIA award NSW).

Richard Leon
Chief Financial Officer

Richard Leon joined Infomedia in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr Leon leads Infomedia’s global finance function and holds the company to account for the efficient and effective implementation of our Corporate Strategy. He is a key proponent of the principle of value discipline and is deeply committed to growing the Infomedia business.

Mr Leon is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in leading finance functions of public companies. Prior to joining Infomedia, he spent 7 years working as the CFO for ASX listed technology business, Altium Limited. He also served as the Asia Pacific Regional Finance Director for the US-listed MRO Software (now an IBM company), a leading provider of consulting services, asset and management software.

As CFO, Mr Leon is at the forefront of Infomedia’s engagement with our investor community. Mr Leon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.

Nick Georges
General Counsel and Company Secretary

Nick Georges is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Supreme Courts of Victoria in 1991 and New South Wales in 1999. Prior to joining Infomedia and becoming its General Counsel and Company Secretary in 1999, Mr. Georges worked in general practice as a solicitor in Victoria before moving to Sydney in 1995 to take up an executive role with an international software development company where he obtained extensive experience in the information technology industry.
