The Company is also aware of a recent press release made by Clifford Thames indicating that it has won a competitive tender to design, develop and deploy (among other solutions) an electronic parts catalogue system (EPC) to Jaguar Land Rover dealers.

The Company confirms that it recently renewed its data license agreement with Jaguar Land Rover for the supply of its Microcat EPC for Land Rover vehicles globally until 31 December 2017.
