At the click of a single icon, VIN-precise parts lists can be instantly transferred from Superservice Menus to the Microcat Live order screen. Using the genuine OEM service information from Superservice Menus, the transferred parts are all VIN-specific, pre-interpreted, and include part number, description and quantity. Parts lists from Superservice Menus contain all the required parts according to OEM repair information, not just the primary or causal part. This helps dealership staff to reduce interpretation errors, quote accurately and eliminate lengthy discussions with customers or technicians about parts applicability. It creates unrivaled accuracy and automation in the way dealership staff manage parts requirements. VIN-specific parts can also be transferred from Microcat Live into Superservice Menus, to price additional parts not contained within Superservice Menus’ repair information.
