Infomedia is headquartered in Sydney, Australia and also has offices in Melbourne. In EMEA, we have offices in Cambridge, UK and Cologne, Germany. Our US operation is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Globally, Infomedia has over 500 employees with annual recurring revenue of c. $130M AUD.

Our new CX platform, Infodrive™, combines disparate data sources from across the automotive ecosystem (including Connected Car telematics, multi-DMS, OEM systems and approved 3rd party solutions) to power predictive marketing and highly personalised (VIN-specific) aftersales customer experiences. With in-built data analytics and leading edge data visualisation, it’s able to drive key insights and datadriven decision making for global Automakers.


Our SaaS Service solution, which includes Superservice® Menus™, Superservice Triage™ and Superservice Connect™, is powered by VIN-specific OEM data. This allows an unparalleled level of accuracy when determining specific parts and labour requirements for vehicle service intervals. This level of confidence allows retailers to continually deliver customer-centric service experiences (including complete price transparency upfront) with online service appointments, repair quoting and vehicle inspections.


Our SaaS EPC (electronic parts catalogue) solution, which includes Microcat® EPC™, Microcat Market™ and Microcat Partsbridge®, allows retail and trade users to improve productivity and grow parts sales, by precisely identifying and ordering replacement parts manufactured by the world’s leading OEMs.


In 2021, Infomedia acquired SimplePart, a leading global provider of B2B and B2C aftersales e-commerce solutions. SimplePart’s intuitive platform provides OEMs and retailers with a branded website, online store and digital marketing support to increase sales of parts, accessories and services.
