Nous continuons à améliorer Superservice Connect, afin qu’il reste au cœur des opérations de votre atelier. Voici un aperçu des nouveautés qui aideront votre concession à offrir de meilleurs services à vos clients :

NEW – Customer Booking Notification

The notification message that the customer receives after creating a booking can now be sent as a Booking Confirmation or a Booking Request.

The default notification message can be edited by the dealer.

To edit the notification message, navigate to:

Appointment Manager > Customer Portal > Appointment Options > Notifications

▶ This option is not available for Mazda Europe.

To edit the default message, click Edit, type the preferred text and click Save.

Booking Confirmation is the default notification type.

▶ Changes made to the default message need to be entered in the dealer’s language.

NEW – View Appointment Terms and Conditions

When customers select the More Information link to view the Terms and Conditions, they will no longer be directed to a new browser tab.

The Terms and Conditions now display from the bottom of the screen on a mobile device or as a browser pop-up on a desktop device.

What’s coming up:

  • An enhanced process to edit and cancel bookings
  • The ability to create customised booking notification templates
