Infomedia announces non-executive director to resign at AGM

Sunday, 10 October 2010 – Sydney – Infomedia Ltd (“Infomedia”) wishes to announce the retirement of Mr Andrew Moffat as non-executive director with effect from the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5 November 2010. In accordance with the retirement rule in Infomedia’s Constitution, Mr Moffat has informed the Board of his intention to retire by rotation and not to seek re-election as a director.

Mr Moffat was first appointed as non-executive director to Infomedia’s Board on 31 March 2005 and has chaired its Audit & Risk and Governance Committee for most of that time. The Board extends its appreciation to Mr Moffat for his contribution during his time as a director.

Ms Fran Hernon, Infomedia’s independent director responsible for director candidate nominations, has commenced a search for a suitably qualified replacement who is expected to be appointed after the 2010 AGM, and who will be brought before the shareholders at the subsequent AGM for consideration and confirmation.
