Infomedia appoints Dr. Michael Bodner as Chief Information Officer

Tuesday, 6 May 2008 – Sydney – Infomedia today announced that the Company has appointed Dr. Michael Bodner as Chief Information Officer. Dr. Bodner is a senior technology executive with considerable experience in a number of ventures, spanning almost thirty years.

Prior to joining Infomedia, Dr. Bodner has held positions with leading software companies including The Thomson Corporation and ProQuest Business Solutions. In his various positions at ProQuest Business Solutions, Dr. Bodner was responsible for development of future planning, innovation management and transitioning existing applications from traditional technology to Service Oriented Architecture based platform architectures. He also served as Acting CIO for ProQuest Company working closely with its CEO to aid the development of the corporate technology strategy across the companies.

In his position at Infomedia Dr. Bodner will be responsible for the Company’s solution Development and Information Technology teams. Specifically he will develop and lead the teams to deliver on the Company’s technology vision.

Dr. Bodner, a widely respected IT professional, has written a number of books and magazine articles and is also an experienced public speaker.

In making the announcement about Dr. Bodner’s appointment, Infomedia CEO Gary Martin said, “Michael brings a wealth of experience to Infomedia and I am confident about the contribution he will make to the Company.
