11 January 2021 – Sydney, Australia – Infomedia Ltd (ASX:IFM), a leading software provider in parts, service and data insights solutions to the global automotive industry, recently announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with US-based UpdatePromise to provide service and repair data to its market-leading Consumer Experience solution.

UpdatePromise will integrate Infomedia’s vehicle-specific Superservice Menus™ job pricing data into its industry-leading Consumer Experience Platform to provide up-to-date OE data for almost every vehicle make in the United States. Infomedia’s labour time guides, replacement parts recommendations and precise OE vehicle information helps to streamline the Consumer Experience and eliminates many inefficiencies within the parts and service departments.
