Infomedia renews global agreement with Hyundai

Wednesday, 5 May 2006 – Sydney – International automotive industry IT developer, Infomedia, today announced the successful renewal of its data license agreement with Hyundai MOBIS to supply the world-leading Microcat® electronic parts catalogue (EPC).

Hyundai dealers around the world have been using the Microcat product for a number of years now and with the renewal of the agreement for a further three years, they will continue to benefit from the many features that revolutionised the parts selling industry. Microcat was first introduced to Hyundai globally in 2001.

Today, Microcat is used by over 46,000 parts personnel in more than 160 countries, including over 7,000 Hyundai users.

The agreement acknowledges the strong relationship between Infomedia and Hyundai MOBIS and both companies’ desire to continue providing Hyundai dealers with a parts catalogue solution that assists them to operate an efficient parts operation while also delivering business growth through increased parts sales.
