Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering exceptional service. As a Client Performance Analyst, you will be the linchpin between our clients and our services, guiding dealers through the intricacies of the online market and helping them achieve their business objectives. This role is pivotal in both proactive strategy development and reactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively initiate and manage strategic discussions with dealers to uncover and address their needs and objectives.
  • Strategic Support: Respond to dealer inquiries regarding profitability, strategy, and performance with insightful, data-driven guidance.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze dealer performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Develop actionable strategies to capitalize on these insights both for dealers and the company.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key dealers. Schedule and conduct regular status calls to ensure ongoing alignment and satisfaction.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and refine our dealer support program, including outreach initiatives for underperforming dealers.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize internal tools and reports to sort, analyze, and interpret data. Present findings and trends to drive strategic conversations and decisions.
  • OEM Support: Ensure dealers leverage OEM support and our services to their fullest potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to align on strategies and integrate insights into dealer interactions.
  • Knowledge Translation: Simplify complex information related to parts, e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing for dealers with varying levels of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record in problem-solving and strategic consulting.
  • Solid understanding of parts, e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of engagement.
  • Proficiency with internal tools and reporting systems is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

Atlanta pay range

$60,000 – $70,000 USD
