Customer Service Specialist – Thai speaking

The Role:

Our Customer Service team at Infomedia are vital to our success and they are looking for Customer Service Specialist to provide support to customers in Thailand, Australia and countries across the Asia Pacific region. We are growing in Thailand and South East Asia, which requires local language support so the successful candidate will need to be multi-lingual and possess both proficient English and Thai language. Our Customer Service Specialists strive to increase satisfaction by understanding our customers’ needs, gathering information and providing solutions. Our Customer Service Specialists receive excellent product training from our experienced and friendly team, so prior knowledge of the automotive industry, although advantageous, is not a requirement to be successful.

What you’ll do:

Ø Supporting customers from the Thailand and APAC markets in all products

Ø Product issue resolution

Ø Maintaining our customer database

Ø Maintaining KPIs to ensure exceptional customer service

Ø Improving and maintaining product knowledge

Ø Liaising with other internal departments to resolve issues

Ø Outbound campaign calls to existing customers

Ø Adhoc remote training and classroom training

What you’ll bring:

Ø Customer service experience and a customer-focused attitude

Ø Working knowledge of the internet and search engines

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø Multi-Lingual – English and Thai, other languages advantageous

Ø Information gathering and problem-solving

Ø Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products

Ø Team based attitude
