Customer Service Supervisor – multilingual

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for the line management of customer service team members, providing support and supervision to the team, addressing issues and providing constructive feedback. You will train team members and lead appraisals, as well as inducting and training new colleagues. You will support the management of the contact queues and resolve customer issues to ensure we meet our KPIs. 

The successful candidate will receive excellent product training from our experienced and friendly team. 


What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of providing line management to customer service teams 
  • Customer-focused attitude 
  • Working knowledge of the internet and search engines 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Information gathering and analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products 
  • Team-focused approach 
  • One additional European language
