To be successful in this position you will possess:

Wide knowledge of web applications and data flows with an understanding of end-users and how they interact with web applications and data. You must be skilled at brainstorming, deadline driven, organised, with strong verbal and written communication skills and most importantly detail obsessed.

What are the requirements of the role:

  • Manage client master data sets including sourcing new data, data updates, data conversions
  • Manage quality assurance of master data sets, imported data, exported data
  • Manage data related client support investigations
  • Lead client contact for provision of requested data
  • Monitor and review data collected from suppliers ensuring data quality
  • Review matching processes regularly ensuring data collected is mapped in Nidasu applications
  • Compare data from different sources with Nidasu reports, investigate discrepancies and report on inconsistencies
  • Interact with data suppliers to ensure completeness and accuracy of data
  • Participate in client internal / external meetings (on request)
  • Provide data troubleshooting expertise to assist Nidasu colleagues / client representatives
  • Work with various stake holders (internal / external)

Essential Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing large sets of dataSimple Microsoft SQL queries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on several simultaneous tasks, prioritising as needed
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Desirable skills:

Understanding of Automotive service and parts processes, programs and terminology (such as retention, throughputs, sold hours) and best practise automotive metrics.
