Dealer Business Partners (DPS) play a vital role in supporting automotive dealers to maximise the benefit of Infodrive CX programs being delivered by our National Sales Company (NSC) partners.
DBPs engage proactively with dealership stakeholders to ensure they are leveraging Infodrive CX programs that drive revenue and profitability. You will help dealers to identify areas of revenue opportunity and leverage the tools within the Infodrive CX suite to realise additional profitability.
This role fills the critical gap between NSC driven initiatives and traction of these programs at the coal face. Dealer Business Partners are perhaps the best role for demonstrating tangible value to our clients i.e. what they are getting for their investment.
Some main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for driving participation in campaigns and managing dealer queries related to MaaS Program:
- Key contact for general dealer queries, training, etc for MaaS program
- Notification, follow up and set up (where applicable) for new campaigns.
- Consolidating dealer feedback for monthly and quarterly reviews and campaign planning.
- Quarterly Infodrive Portal training – provided for new starters. Primary focus on marketing tool, but can cover other topical Infomedia applications and reports, if appropriate.
- Dealer Business Partner will utilize the Nidasu Dealer Visit Report to keep track of interactions, including dealer feedback, opportunities and any action plans.
- Supporting active dealers to maximise and understand the value they’re receiving from the program.
- Maintain nominated visit cadence for ongoing visibility. All visits will be required to be logged and documented thereby ensuring deliverables are met
- Fully understand the Infodrive CX tools available under the program and how they can be leveraged by dealers to drive new revenue
- Work with dealers to understand untapped areas of opportunity and be hands-on in supporting them to understand the tools available to them
