Product Manager – Global SaaS Company

Expectations of the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has its sights firmly set on growth. At Infomedia, we are building the future of automotive aftersales platform for our global customer base and we’re looking for a talented Associate Product Manager to join our team and help grow our Superservice product line.

In this position, you will work in-step with the Senior Product Manager to help drive delivery of customer projects, our product strategy and roadmap. Your daily focus will be working with our Automotive customers and partners, our business analysts, marketing and sales and of course our talented engineering team to develop and bring new Superservice customer initiatives to market.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the delivery of initiatives through-out the product life cycle including partnering with the delivery team to ensure a seamless development and delivery process.
  • Engage with customers to ensure a high level of understanding of their requirements and interaction with the products in your portfolio.
  • Work with the Data and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are captured accurately and aligned to product strategy.
  • Develop and support software release programs that test product readiness, measure customer success and acceptance of a new product or major enhancement.
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales team to develop GoToMarket strategies and communication.
  • Provide pre-sales subject matter expertise to enhance client relationships and assist with sales opportunities.
  • Track, measure and be accountable for achieving product KPIs and success measures at the individual product and portfolio level
  • Be an advocate of Agile delivery techniques and promote agile practices within the ream

What you’ll bring

  • Strong technical ability and understanding of software development and product management
  • Proven experience in a Product Team that focuses on understanding customer needs in a SaaS product environment
  • Demonstrated achievement in developing commercial solutions with strong customer engagement.
  • Ability to communicate and explain technical concepts.
  • Being able to successfully represent the company brand and product to customers and stakeholders in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Experience in Automotive aftersales is highly regarded
