Strategic Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has its sights firmly set on growth. In this role, you will manage our relationship with major automotive OEMs based in Germany. This role will be based in our Cologne office, working closely with colleagues in our Cambridge office.


What You’ll Do:

You will manage the relationship with clients and ensure their needs are supported. As the lead contact, you will liaise with our clients and our own teams to:

  • resolve issues
  • manage work tickets relating to product launches and product enhancements
  • launch new and replacement products
  • manage the implementation of projects.

You will also be responsible for visiting clients and the main markets, reporting for clients and colleagues, and driving the growth of subscriptions. 


What You’ll Bring:

You will bring significant senior account management experience, ideally in the software sector to enable you to work with a high degree of autonomy in your role. It is critical that you have exceptional organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with senior people in client organisations and build collaborative relationships. You must also be able to demonstrate success in managing projects to completion. 


For this role, it is essential that you have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
