Expectations of the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has its sights firmly set on growth. In this role, you will research, create and maintain technical data to a high level of accuracy for our technical publications and special projects. You will be assisting in the creation of Infomedia’s Superservice Menus which provide dealerships with accurate and reliable menu pricing for service, repair, and genuine accessory operations. The application saves time and effort in the preparation of service department quotations and repair orders and helps improve dealership productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Research, creation, and maintenance of service menu data to a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure all menu creation standards and timelines are met for both monthly production and new projects
  • Other duties as directed by manager

What you’ll bring

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High School Diploma required, College degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner verbally and in written form
  • Proven ability to assess technical issues such as network connectivity and PC hardware set-up.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude & parts interpretation skills.
  • Experience obtained in a dealership, service, parts, or warranty environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Detail oriented and self-directed
  • A thorough understanding of an electronic parts catalog and labor time guides
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate several programs on multiple screens at once
