Friday, 12 February 2016 – Sydney – Infomedia Ltd (Infomedia) has been made aware of certain speculative comments in the market concerning its contractual arrangements with Jaguar Land Rover Limited (Jaguar Land Rover).
The Company is also aware of a recent press release made by Clifford Thames indicating that it has won a competitive tender to design, develop and deploy (among other solutions) an electronic parts catalogue system (EPC) to Jaguar Land Rover dealers.
The Company confirms that it recently renewed its data license agreement with Jaguar Land Rover for the supply of its Microcat EPC for Land Rover vehicles globally until 31 December 2017. The Company continues to be the sole provider of an EPC solution for Land Rover, and does not anticipate deterioration in its Jaguar Land Rover EPC revenue for the period up to 31 December 2017.
The Company remains focused on retaining and growing its existing customer base by extending product functionality, providing outstanding customer support and continuing its leadership in the field of dealer productivity tools, such as the award winning Microcat.
The Company is in compliance with the listing rules and in particular its “continuous disclosure” obligations under listing rule 3.1.
The Company is due to release its FY2016 Half Year Results on 22 February 2016.
