Infomedia does not offer a refund or return for change of mind of its software subscriptions, including online and DVDs.Certain countries protect consumers by legislating certain guarantees when they buy goods and services. These are known as “Consumer Guarantees”. In Australia, please refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website at https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees
Where the software subscription does not comply with a Consumer Guarantee in the country of purchase, Infomedia will offer, at its discretion, to exchange, repair, or refund the software subscription but not if the fault or issues have been caused by misuse or neglect of the consumer.
