What’s New in Superservice Menus

We continue enhancing Superservice Menus so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new, along with some future improvements, that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:

Quote Discount : Apply Amount discount at line-item level.

With the introduction of amount-based discounts, Superservice Menus now enables discounts by amount for Labor, Parts, Shop Supplies, and Sublets at the line-item level. Users can choose the discount type—either “Percentage” or “Amount”—and enter the corresponding value in the input field to apply the discount.

Part Price Settings : Apply Markup and Discount on the same price level simultaneously.

The Part Price Settings feature now allows dealer to apply Markup and Discount on the same part price level simultaneously. This is applicable for Part price levels created by dealers.

Price Time Override : Enhanced feature with Multiple model selection, search functionality and Hybrid Pricing.

The enhanced Price Time Override (PTO) functionality introduces a variety of features that streamline the process of configuring accurate quotes for selected operations. This feature includes:

  • Search Functionality: Quickly locate a PTO rule by operation code, description, or variant on the PTO List Screen.
  • Multi-Model Selection: Extend the applicability of PTO rules to multiple vehicle models.
  • Hybrid Pricing Configuration: Set up individual or combined labor time and price components, such as labor total price, parts total price, or shop supplies total price, per operation.
  • Total Price Input: An option to specify only the PTO total price for an operation.
  • API Integration: Access mixed pricing components through APIs.

Variant Filtering and Sorting : Improve the displayed variant list with advanced VIN-Based filtering and sorting capabilities.

The Variant list for selection is now enhanced with an advanced algorithm that accurately filters and sorts vehicle variants based on their applicability to a given Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

What’s coming up:

  • Integration Settings Upgrade : Upgrade the Integration Settings screen to the latest version of Angular.
  • Lifetime Servicing Enhancement : Simplify the LTS display to show only data based on user-selected criteria.
  • Print Quote : Enhance the “Print Quote” functionality to be a core feature accessible to all users, ensuring that printing quotes is straightforward and available as a standard capability.
  • Factory Scheduled Service Packages [User Interface Improvements] : Improved the ability to provide Scheduled Service package data in the market defined format while allowing a greater flexibility for dealers to work with Scheduled services, such as setting PTO on individual operations and removing individual operations from a service package.
