UPDATE: Customer Appointment – Edit and Cancellation Process
We have streamlined the way that customers can manage appointments in Superservice Connect.
Instead of navigating through multiple screens or emails to manage appointments, customers can now edit and cancel their appointments immediately after creating a booking.

What’s coming up:
- An enhanced process to accept or decline booking requests
- The ability for dealers to select the vehicle models they are authorised to service.
