What’s New in Superservice Connect

We continue enhancing Superservice Connect so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:

NEW – Opening Hours

Opening hours can be added or edited by day of the week by logging in to the Dealer Portal and navigating to:

Dealer Settings > Settings > General Settings > Opening Hours

Multiple opening times within the same day can also be applied by selecting the   icon.
▶ For Mazda Europe, the opening hours are viewable only.

UPDATE – Send Booking Reminder

Booking reminders can now be turned on or off by logging in to the Dealer Portal and navigating to:

Appointment Manager > Customer Portal > Appointment Options > Notifications > Send booking reminder

UPDATE – Preferred Pick-up Date and Time

Enhancements have been made to the preferred pick-up date and time (if enabled by the distributor) to provide greater flexibility for dealers and provide a better user experience for customers as can be seen below:

Show preferred pick-up date and time
Dealers can now allow the selection of a preferred pick-up date and time. If this option is not enabled, the preferred pick-up date and time will not be displayed in either the Dealer Portal or Customer Portal when creating or editing appointments.

Latest pick-up time before closing time
Dealers can now set the latest preferred pick-up time to ensure customers do not arrive when the dealership is about to close.

For example, if the dealer closes at 5:30pm and the latest pick-up time before closing time is set to 5 mins, then the latest pick-up time the customer will see is 5:25pm.

Time increment between pick-up times
Dealers can now set the time increment between pick-up times in 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute intervals.

Minimum Appointment Duration
The minimum appointment duration of a new or existing appointment can now be set between 15 minutes and 24 hours.

Use operation labour times to recommend pick-up date and time
When enabled, Superservice Connect will calculate the total labour time from the Service or Additional Options selected by the customer.

The total labour time will be added to the appointment drop-off time and used to determine the earliest available pick-up time.

Additional Labour Time
If the Use operations labour time to recommend pick-up date and time checkbox is enabled, dealers can add additional labour time for the selected operations.

The system will use the greater time option of either the minimum appointment duration or the operations labour time (plus additional labour time, if applied).
