We continue enhancing Superservice Connect so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:
NEW – Customer Booking Notification
The notification message that the customer receives after creating a booking can now be sent as a Booking Confirmation or a Booking Request.
The default notification message can be edited by the dealer.
To edit the notification message, navigate to:
Appointment Manager > Customer Portal > Appointment Options > Notifications
▶ This option is not available for Mazda Europe.
To edit the default message, click Edit, type the preferred text and click Save.
▶ Booking Confirmation is the default notification type.
▶ Changes made to the default message need to be entered in the dealer’s language.
NEW – View Appointment Terms and Conditions
When customers select the More Information link to view the Terms and Conditions, they will no longer be directed to a new browser tab.
The Terms and Conditions now display from the bottom of the screen on a mobile device or as a browser pop-up on a desktop device.
