Access accurate vehicle information using a VIN or, where supported, a licence plate number and country code.

API overview

For dealers and partners who need accurate, real-time service booking, the Appointment API exposes live service advisor availability, transport options and timeslots from the DMS or workshop planning system directly into Superservice Connect.

With two-way booking synchronisation, appointments created or updated online or in-dealership are automatically reflected across systems. This reduces manual effort, avoids booking conflicts and supports a more reliable booking experience for both staff and customers.

Display real-time availability for service bookings

Expose live advisor, transport and timeslot availability directly from the DMS or workshop planning system, so bookings are always based on current workshop capacity.

 

Synch booking information between systems

Appointments created or updated in Superservice Connect automatically sync back to the DMS, and bookings made in the DMS are reflected in Superservice, keeping all systems aligned.
