The Solution
To simplify quoting and improve accuracy, Ballarat Isuzu implemented Superservice Menus integrated with their Dealer Management System (DMS) (utilising the Superservice Menus DataPaks.)
Jonnie led the rollout across all three branches, configuring labour rates, parts mapping and sundry products to match their business processes. The setup required close collaboration between the Superservice Menus and DMS teams, but Jonnie emphasised the value of investing time upfront to ensure the system was properly configured.
