Service and Support


Infomedia understands that to be a successful global company you must service and support your customers in their time zone and in their local language. With a multilingual Customer Service Centre servicing customers during their local business hours, the company truly operates around the globe and around the clock.

User Documentation


The following are examples of training materials available with Infomedia products:
  • Frequently Asked Questions - a concise, easy to read document with answers to the most common questions from users.
  • Installation Manual - full details on how to install the product.
  • Quick Start Guide - a guide to speed users on their way to learning the system.
  • Release Notes - supplied with each new release of a product, these notes provide details on new features and functionality added to the product.
  • Help files - fully indexed, searchable help files. They are updated regularly to reflect enhancements to the product and most international languages are supported.
  • Hot Tips - developed by Infomedia's Education Services department Hot Tips are a free online training resource for users. Specifically, they are a series of regularly distributed training tips that are designed to help users in developing and improving their product skills. The tips are published on the internet and a notification is distributed by email to the subscriber list. Regular tips keep training at the front of users' minds, while delivering a one-point lesson that users can apply immediately.
