So far this year, Superservice Triage has helped dealers in the region identify AED 1.88 billion in service opportunities and convert AED 1.16 billion into approved parts and labour sales. This success has been underpinned by more than 196,000 digital inspection reports and 20,000+ videos providing customers with clear, trusted insights into the condition of their vehicles.
Superservice Triage delivers a connected Vehicle Health Check (VHC) process that integrates VIN-specific inspections powered by genuine OEM data, accurate quoting, photos, videos and customer approvals into one digital workflow. Customers can review and authorise repairs via mobile and even pay online – creating faster approvals and improved workshop efficiency.
Infomedia has also just launched a new two-way WhatsApp communication feature for Superservice Triage, aligning with the Middle East’s most widely used messaging platform. This allows customers to interact with service advisors instantly, eliminating delays and providing a more transparent and trusted service experience.
“Generating AED 1.16 billion in approved work is a fantastic result for our dealer and OEM partners,” said Michelle Wells, VP Global Marketing, Infomedia. “Superservice Triage is enabling them to sell more genuine parts and labour, improve efficiency and deliver the kind of service transparency that builds lasting customer trust.”
