ATO issues class ruling for scheme of arrangement

Infomedia Ltd (IFM) advises that the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has issued Class Ruling 2025/91 (Class Ruling).

The Class Ruling sets out the Australian income tax consequences for shareholders of IFM who received the ordinary dividend and the special dividend paid on 18 September 2025 and 28 November 2025 respectively, and participated in the scheme of arrangement whereby McQueen BidCo Pty Ltd acquired all the ordinary shares in IFM on 3 December 2025.
