Appointment API
Appointment API exposes real-time availability, transport options and timeslots from the DMS or workshop planning system into Superservice Connect. It also synchronises booking data between both tools.
Order API
Order API keeps service appointments and repair orders in sync across the DMS, Superservice Menus and Superservice Triage. It also supports two-way integration with approved video capture solutions.
Service & Repairs (OMNI) API
Service & Repairs API provides VIN-precise service and repair operation data from Infomedia’s Superservice Menus solution. It offers the correct service operations for a specific vehicle and can also return dealer-specific pricing and settings.
VIN & Parts Ecommerce API
VIN & Parts Ecommerce API combines VIN-based vehicle data with OEM parts information to ensure accurate online parts lookup. Starting from a VIN or registration, the API identifies the exact vehicle, returns the correct parts and supports catalogue browsing through a clear section hierarchy.
Parts Validation API
Parts Validation API checks whether a part is the correct fit for a specific vehicle, based on its VIN. It compares the part against catalogue data and returns a clear yes or no, so teams can quickly confirm if a part is applicable to that vehicle.
Parts API
Parts API provides accurate parts data for a specific vehicle. Using the vehicle ID (VID) from the VIN API, it returns the correct parts information such as updated part numbers, required quantities and pricing, based on the country.
VIN API
VIN API provides accurate vehicle details using a VIN or, where supported, a licence plate and country code. It returns OEM-verified vehicle data so teams can confidently identify the exact vehicle and use that information in parts and service operations.
