We continue enhancing Superservice Menus so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new, along with some future improvements, that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:
Settings: Configure PTO for Labor or Parts with Model Selection
The Price and Time Override Settings feature has now the enhanced ability of dealers configuring certain labor, parts and/or shop supply pricing, by model. This allows the user to select multiple models for a PTO rule, while maintaining unchanged operations details.
Settings: Additional email (reply to / CC) functionality
New functions have been introduced under “Email Settings”, which allows dealership administrators to now configure three fields:
- Default “Reply-to” email address(s) [NEW]
- Send a copy to the reply-to email address [NEW]
- Email Signature
The screen can be invoked by selecting Settings → Email Settings option from Superservice Menus.
Settings: Improved messaging for DMS transfers
We now have improved messaging, consistent with our other applications, to enable users to be confident transfers to the DMS are complete/ failed.
Settings: Stock Availability/Bin Location
The Stock on hand settings, under Dealer Settings allow the SOH and Bin Location fields to appears on the quote screen, with the dealer defined descriptions.
Settings: Labor Rate Enhancements
As an addition to existing feature of “Copy to All” function, the user can now also copy values horizontally for each Vehicle Category row-wise.
Advanced Settings: Part and Shop Supply Substitution Enhancements
The part substitution function has been enhanced to allow user to override the price for the part without replacing the part with another part.
