Thursday, 24th March 2016 – Sydney – Infomedia Ltd (ASX: IFM) a global leader in automotive software, today announced the appointment of Mr Richard Leon as Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Mr Russel King.
Mr King will depart the company on 22 April 2016 allowing for a smooth transition to the new CFO.
Infomedia’s CEO, Mr Jonathan Rubinsztein thanked Mr King for his commitment and contribution to Infomedia Ltd over the past 18 months.
“On behalf of the Board and all of our employees I would like to extend our gratitude to Russel for his contributions to the Company. We wish him well in his future endeavours,” Mr Rubinsztein said.
Mr Leon will commence in the role of CFO on 29 March 2016.
Mr Leon joins Infomedia Ltd following his role as CFO of electronics design software company Altium Limited from 2008 to 2015.
Prior to that time, Mr Leon was Regional Finance Director Asia Pacific for US-listed MRO Software, an IBM company.
Mr Leon is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW.
