Account Executive

We are seeking a Account Executive in Melbourne that will play a key strategic role within the MaaS team. This will include responsibility over campaign planning and execution, dealing directly with a number of Internal teams and clients, including their third parties (such as agencies), managing the schedule, along with developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Programs

  • Working with clients to better understand their objectives and utilising analytics to develop a marketing plan, e.g. campaign calendar.
  • Supporting clients to finalise campaign briefs, including all relevant details for completing development on time and in full.
  • Working with clients’ third parties, such as marketing agencies, to secure relevant creative assets in correct format. When required, visiting client and/or agency sites to support campaign planning and implementation.

Enhancement and other Projects

  • Testing and refinement of existing campaigns, such as AB testing of subject lines and creative changes.
  • Work with Data Analysts to identify insights that could be utilised in the creation of new marketing campaigns.
  • Work with our Development team to enhance the Autocampaign product offering.

Client Engagement Strategies

  • Design and implement InfoDRIVE’s client engagement strategy, such as helping to develop product presentations through simple yet engaging video content.
  • Create a replicable process for the onboarding of new MaaS client onboarding, covering both external and internal facing milestones.

Essential Experience:

  • 2 years working in a marketing role, ideally in CRM or digital.
  • Ideally, a proven understanding of Automotive service and parts processes, programs, and terminology (such as retention, throughputs, sold hours) and best practice automotive metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and in particular email marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML and Litmus preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Commerce / Marketing / Business
