Thursday, 11 December 2014 – Sydney – Global automotive industry technology company, Infomedia Ltd (Infomedia) announced today that Ms Anne O’Driscoll has accepted a position on Infomedia’s Board as an independent non-executive director.
Ms O’Driscoll will take over from Mr Clyde McConaghy as Chair of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee. Mr McConaghy will become Chair of Infomedia’s reconstituted Remuneration & Nomination Committee and the Chairman, Ms Fran Hernon, will become the lead director on all matters relating to Corporate Governance.
Ms O’Driscoll has over 30 years’ of business experience, having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1984. She was CFO of Genworth Australia from 2009 to 2012 and spent over 13 years with Insurance Australia Group. Ms O’Driscoll is on the boards of the Commonwealth Bank’s insurance subsidiaries and Steadfast Group Limited (ASX:SDF) and is an advisory board member for Market Eye Pty Limited. She is a fellow of ANZIIF and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.
