What’s New in Superservice Connect

We continue enhancing Superservice Connect so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new, along with some future improvements, that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:

Dealer Portal: Create & Edit Appointments on One Screen

We have improved the workflow of creating and editing an appointment in the dealer portal, by eliminating the need to navigate between different screens. By consolidating everything on to one screen, users will now have an easier, more efficient process.

Customer Portal: Add Registration Number (Excl. Nissan Europe) and Company Name to Contact Details

When customers create an appointment, they can now add/edit their registration number or company name, which will be included in all customer email notifications for easier vehicle identification.

Customer & Dealer Portal: Date Selector

We have included a new date selector to make it easier for both dealers and customers to create appointments months or years ahead.
