We continue enhancing Superservice Menus so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new, along with some future improvements, that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:
Settings: Apply Labour Rates per Fuel Type
To support the rise of EVs, Superservice Menus has been enhanced to allow users to define labour rates based on vehicle fuel type and/or vehicle categories. This will automatically apply a variant specific labour rate, based on the vehicle model identified, either by VIN or Licence plate.
Lifetime Service: Addition of Time Intervals
The Lifetime Service section has a new addition of time intervals under the ‘Frequency’ dropdown selection. You’ll now be able to add operations to the Lifetime Service view, along with the scheduled services, with a frequency that is not just distance-based but also time-based.
Author/Settings: Publish Operations Independently
Users will now be able to publish and unpublish operations under certain categories or sections for seasonal campaigns, and influence the same operations under different categories.
