We continue enhancing Superservice Menus so that it remains at the forefront of your Service Department. Here are a few highlights of what’s new, along with some future improvements, that will help your dealership provide a better service to your customers:
Settings: Redesign of Labour Rates, Parts & Tax
The Labour Rates, Parts & Tax Settings have been upgraded using Angular, so you can easily customise it to make it Franchise-specific.
Superservice Author: Custom Operation Type
We’ve introduced new attributes for Operation Authoring so you can easily map options and define operation measurements when creating custom menus.
You’ll be able to set Operation Type by Distance or Interval In ‘Create New Variant’ and ‘Create New Operations’, and Datapak API will return these new details for custom operations as well.
