What’s New in Superservice Triage VHC

Check out the new features and updates to Superservice Triage that will help dealerships provide a higher level of service to customers:

History Tab: New Search Box & Expand/Collapse Button

The History tab has been updated to make it easier for you to access the entire repair order and job history for a VIN. You now have the ability to:

  1. Expand and collapse jobs with the new button.
  2. Filter through previous jobs using the new search box with text highlight. Example: When you search for ‘Alternator’, it will bring up all jobs with the term ‘Alternator’.

Quote Tab: Display Tyre Size

For quicker and easier quoting of tyres, the Quote tab now displays tyre sizes and descriptions. Simply hover your mouse over the tyre icon to view the summary of tyre sizes, instead of switching between the Quote and Tyre tabs.

Jobs Today: New Tow-in Flag

We’ve added a new tow truck icon to the Jobs Today screen! Simply click on the icon to quickly filter and report on the number of vehicles that have been towed in.

Jobs Today: Authorisation Status in RO Summary

You can now view the authorisation status in the RO Summary view from the job tile. Instead of going into each job to get the information, save time by clicking on the eye icon!

Technician Job List: New Design (Exclusive to Nissan Europe)

The Technician Job List tab has been refreshed to include the latest technology and design. This update is exclusive to Nissan Europe dealers who have the subscription feature and integration to Superservice Menus applied.

Jobs Today: Flexibility to Display Different Data on Job Tiles

We’re improving the Jobs Today view so that users can select which data they want to view on each tile. This will allow those dealers who want to see both Registration and Key Tags at the same time.

Parts: Change the Stock on Hand Value

If a part isn’t in stock and a dealer must order it in (e.g. interstate or overseas), Part Advisors will soon be able to change the stock on hand value and override the DMS, so that Service Advisors can provide customers accurate information on the time it takes to source the part.
