Check out the new features and updates to Superservice Menus that will help dealerships provide a better service to customers:
Lifetime Service: Export Function
To create your own pre-paid maintenance service programs and offer more service options to customers, you can now export Lifetime Service data.
To export the data, go to Actions, select Export and then choose between a TXT or XML file.
Data: Notification of New Models
Superservice Menus now has an in-app notifications to let you know when new models are added.
To view notifications:
- Click on the Person icon to open the Client Notification Panel.
- Click on the List icon and a pop-up screen will display the New Models list.
- Click on Print to download or print the New Models list.
Settings: Print and Security
The Print and Security settings have been redesigned using Angular, making it easier for you to customise Superservice Menus.
Reference Codes: Addition of Air Conditioning Refrigerant
The Reference Codes now include Air Conditioning Refrigerant options so that you can locate the correct item easily.
